What are your favorite beat videos?
I can’t believe people like this computer-generated stuff man! I prefer to play it all out because to me that shows skill. The pc did all the work for him because u can clearly see he can’t keep a beat on his own. I would give him his props if he could at least play and keep on the beat.
I ain’t knocking fruity loops cause it’s a nice program for those who can’t afford my weapons of choice; ie the mrs1608, mpc 2000xl, and the Roland fantom x8. I understand ya first couple of tracks being made with fruity loops but all of em! Come on dude be serious. Let me hear u make something on the Roland or mp. I ain’t even bout to get on ya vocab dunn. U got “stacks” whooptee do; but u ain’t got my respect, and I guarantee a lot of people agree with what I’m saying.
come on people he has no talent everyone can play like that with Fruity loops but what he is doing is far from music the only thing he can do is rap.
That’s True, He ain’t got my respect neigther as a beat maker or producer, Those beats suck, and the quality of the whole song sucks. I don’t care if his making money or not but I really think that it ain’t fair that he made so much money with that sh*t while there are people doing really good work and working so hard they aint got a cent… it’s just not fair.
everyone say lil homie wac but i say it got 2 be something y he has bin able 2 better his situation with less and people hav mpc, and 4000 dallor keyboards ant ent hav a hit weather we like it or not hit is a hit , someone is buyin it or has bought it witch in my opinion counts 4 something. look at it this way nerds out number d cool kids if a nerd was 2 go hard at music dont u think he would hav a major response if u dont my example it chocolate rain lol look d song up if u ent no it
Garbage!!!
Point Blank!!
I respect dudes money game but musicaly,,Done!!!
I feel dumber after watching this video. Dude may have made his hit, and recycled versions of that hit, but from this video he doesn’t seem like he knows anything about music.
Young Producers/Beatmakers: there maybe something to learn from Souljaboy and getting into the business, but there is nothing musical to be learned from this video.
Wack.
if you say that anybody can do what he do why dosen’t everybody do it then? and make millions? this is a much hip-hop it coulde be! come’on man. 808s beats that made for dancing. Thats whats hip-hop is all about! I aint defending Soulja Boi. But if that ain’t hiphop then read up on the history man!
Hey J- Knockin his skills are one thing… but how r u gonna dis somebody’s tools. I use a combo of software & hardware, but I can make tracks on FL that murder most cat’s beats!!! u don’t like computer-generated music? what do u think an MPC is??? Cats kill me with that nonsense. FL is a sampler/sequencer like any other. if u can’t make heat with FL, then u can’t make heat with an MPC, and vice versa. yeah, the stock sounds suck, but that’s what VSTs are for. and btw, give me SEVERAL GIGABYTES of uncompressed samples in a VST over a few hundred MB of squashed, over-compressed, over-looped samples in a fantom any day! Not dissing the fantom, it’s hot too… I use one often. I’m just showing u how one-sided your comments are.
Soulja boy is WACK, period. But don’t hate, please. Cuz I’m sure u would rather have the job/income he has as opposed to what some of u do/make right now, IMO.
And @ Shortthug… no, he can’t rap either! lol…
this is terrible I can’t believe he actually made money off these songs using fruity loops.. ?? its a terrible program for a terrible rapper…
Hey. FL studio isn’t the best. But it’s still a good software
