B-Step Sequencer is a plugin for creating melodic loops, arpeggios, chord progressions, drum beats, and basslines. It functions as a standalone application and a plugin. B-Step Sequencer features chord programming, sequencer ratcheting, shuffle, drag-n-drop, and copy, supporting various musical styles and patterns. The plugin can interact with other devices, supporting five MIDI out and one MIDI in.

Plugin Interface:
- Steps – Squares that you can click to turn on or off to create a pattern.
- Step Duration – Knobs that let you change how long each note plays.
- Step Velocity – Knobs that control how loud each note is.
- Bar Octave – Adjusts the octave, making the notes sound higher or lower.
- Bar Chord – This lets you select different chords for each bar.
- Bar Repeat – Sets how many times a bar loops before moving to the next.
- Bar Mute – Turns off the sound for a bar.
- Bar Solo – Plays only one bar, muting all others.
- Select / Copy – Choose and duplicate sections of your pattern.
- Octave – Dial that changes the pitch of all notes up or down several notes.
- Tune – Fine-tune the pitch to make it perfect.
- Chord Set – Select different sets of chords to use in your sequence.
- Tempo (BPM) – Adjusts the speed of your sequence. Faster or slower beats per minute.
