How to Unfollow hundreds of people on Twitter in seconds

July 22, 2010 by Mark V - 7 Comments

I came across this cool site that allows you to see all the people who aren’t following you own Twitter, and unfollow them real easily.

  1. You just visit http://manageflitter.com
  2. Connect with your twitter account
  3. Click the “NOT FOLLOWING BACK” button
  4. Where you see the Page overview, hit the expand button
  5. Highlight the people you want to unfollow, and click the “Unfollow Selected” button on the right.

pretty cool but Twitter is NOT all about getting followed back. It’s about following people whose tweets you actually WANT to read. Period. If you enjoy following someone, it doesn’t matter if they follow you back or not. Simply put, they don’t have to

@Cameron Osteen

I understand. I’m just sharing a tool I found. I use twitter to get information from a lot of people. But I also use it as a promotional tool. So sometimes I want to just follow those that are interested in what I’m interested in.
