Here is a quick tutorial on how to make your beat or song into a ringtone for your iPhone.
I came across this great site called http://audiko.net. It has tons of free ringtones for your iPhone. Besides having many free ringtones available to download. It also allows you to upload a song and edit it online to download and put on your iPhone.

Yes you can. you just need to be able to export the audio file as a wav, or mp3 file.

you can also make ringtones on garage band for free any audio you put in it can be converted
