Earlier this month I did a post on Why You Should Vote for Barack Obama. Over 393 people have read the post and I hope it has helped in making a decision.

As you know, Barack Obama won. It is a great day. We have our first black president.

I hope this is very uplifting to many communities, and races. Thanks to everyone that went out and supported Obama.

For you out there who didnt support Barack Obama. He will become out in January weither you like it or not, and as he said on his victory speech, we as a nation need to come together and work to improve the problems that the United States currently has. So lets come together and support our new president and hope for change in this country.

I’m not going to go into another long post today. I just want to say some things that I feel you should think about before you go to the polls.

Why vote for Obama

• Uplifting a Race – Barack winning would be very uplifting to many poverty ridden communities. I believe a African American as President will be very uplifting in a country that once had slavery. It will show younger generations that you can strive for more, and hard work is necessary for change, and maybe this country has improved for the better.
• End the war  – Nearly 35,000 men and women have died or have been wounded in Iraq
• He is endorsed by: LA Times, Colin Powell, New York Times, Oprah ,  Hulk Hogan , Robert de Niro , Former President Carter, Chicago Tribune, Eminem, Tom Hanks, and sooooo many more.
• Taxes - If you earn less than $250,000, your taxes will decrease.
• Health care  – Barack Obama’s health care plan is the universal plan that our country really needs, it is a good step towards a better plan and it will help to lower health care costs.
• Racism - Black people are not inferior to white people or any other race, but you can see very well in videos of McCain and Palin rallies that some white people still think that. It want to shut them up when Obama is in office and does a better job than Bush. They will look stupid.

Why you shouldn’t Vote for McCain

• No end of the war in site
• Palin is not fit to run the country
• Voting for McCain is like voting for Bush (We don’t need anymore of Bush) McCain voted with Bush 95% of the time.
• Even some republicans dont want to vote for McCain / Palin
• This list goes on

Thats its, I’m just ready for change, lets not keep this country the way it is now with the economy, war, etc.
