Disco School and Abbey Road Keyboards are my favorites. I also like the Electric Bass and Pianos one but I am surprised people are talking about refills since the release of Rack Extensions. There are some great Reason Rack Extensions out there for those with legit copies of Reason 6.5.

Ghost Bass from ReasonFranceVol.1 has always been a favorite once you turn down the high synth. the Tweakzoun leads are really versatile too
Im sorry to say that I have not upgraded since 3.0 and only had the stock sounds but I plan on getting back into the program after I get bored with Macshine & Fl studio!
I have recently started using the Reason effects/filters in my production. I am really loving the Reason stock effects on the Thor sounds. Also try them on any bass or drum kit, it will take you production to another level.
Soul School. I love the little sounds that you can still hear after you trigger them.
